Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with the Agreements, you must not access or use the Service. If you are accessing and using the Service on behalf of a company, entity, or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such company, entity, or organization to the Agreements.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 21 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under age 21, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

3. California Cannabis Compliance

CLOVEST operates in compliance with California state laws regarding cannabis, including the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA) and all applicable regulations.

All cannabis products advertised or sold through our Service are intended for adults 21 years of age or older, or qualified patients with valid medical recommendations in accordance with California law.

Cannabis products may be purchased only by individuals physically located in California. We do not ship cannabis products outside of our licensed delivery zone within California, and we do not ship cannabis products across state lines.

All cannabis products are subject to availability and compliance with local regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in accordance with California law.

4. Communications

By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

5. Purchases and Payments

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, phone number, and payment information.

All payments must be made in accordance with California cannabis regulations. We accept cash payments upon delivery or pickup, and where permitted by law, we may accept debit card payments or other electronic payment methods.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or for any other reason.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Cannabis products may only be delivered to a physical address in California within our licensed delivery zone. The recipient must be 21 years of age or older (or a qualified patient) and must present valid government-issued identification at the time of delivery.

For in-store pickup, customers must present valid government-issued identification proving they are 21 years of age or older (or a qualified patient) at the time of pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery or pickup if the recipient cannot provide valid identification or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

7. Product Disclaimers

Cannabis products may be intoxicating and may create cognitive and physical impairment. There may be health risks associated with consumption of cannabis products.

Cannabis products should be kept away from children. Cannabis products should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

The use of cannabis products may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Do not drive or operate machinery while under the influence of cannabis.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the health benefits, risks, or effects of the cannabis products sold through our Service. Consumers should consult with healthcare professionals regarding the use of cannabis products.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CLOVEST and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CLOVEST.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CLOVEST, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLOVEST assumes no liability or responsibility for any: (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our Service; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
